Job Description

 

We are a growing company, requiring a full time Sales Representative to take us to the next level and increase our sales. Sales Professional will be working alongside with Wintegra team in order to boost sales revenues through active sales activities, including contacting builders and construction companies, face to face meetings and introducing our products. and selling windows and doors. 

 

Successful candidate will be able implement sales objectives including strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings. Candidate must be experienced with a proven sales record. A university degree in marketing or business studies is preferred; or a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience or training in window and door manufacturing or construction industry; or the equivalent combination of formal education and experience. Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required. A valid driver’s license is required. 

 

DETAILS OF FUNCTION: Performs sales activities. Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products. Collaborates with shareholders to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all product lines. Wintegra Windows and Doors is well positioned for growth with industry leading technologies in manufacturing high end European and North American Vinyl windows and doors that meet or exceed energy star ratings and passive house ratings.
